Windows 10: Error message "user lib not found" while launching SCP Containment Breach Game

After dowloading the SCP Containment Breach game on Steam, everytime I try to launchthe game, it says "User Lib Not Found".

Error code 0xc0000022 trouble with launching a game

What I've seen from other error codes similar to this one, this code hasn't been reported in the way I've seen it. Now in the ways I've it from others, this is a code that people seem to see with windows itself, but I see it in another. Now, about where
I've been seeing the code, I am a huge fan of SCP, and I decided to download SCP: CB, better known as SCP Containment Breach, I installed this game, downloaded patches for it, and once everything was set up, I launched game, instead being greeted by the main
menu, I was greeted with an error saying the application was unable to start properly. Every time I launch the game, I am greeted with this error, I just want to play the game, so I just want to know what this error means. The reason I am posting this in the
Windows 10 section is that I am using Windows 10 while trying to launch the game, but then again, I can use the troubleshooting option and set it to other Windows versions, including, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista (service pack 2), and Windows XP (Service
pack 3) I tried to run the game on all of these, normally, and as administrator, to no avail.

I can't delete these font files from a game I downloaded

I downloaded this game called "SCP: containment breach" and I wanted to get rid of it.

I went to storage settings, but couldn't find it in the list, so I decided to get rid of it manually.

Most of the files I could get rid of easily, except for a few font files.

No matter what I do, I can't delete them.

Please help, I'm spiraling into insanity.
