Windows 10: Error message when trying to install TurboTax in Windows11 computer

Trying to install TurboTax in Windows11 computer and I get an error message code 70001 that there is another TurboTax program running and I should switch user. I think the problem is a Windows 11 problem. I haven't had problems with TurboTax in the past and with earlier versions of Windows. Should I revert to Windows 10 and, if so, how do I do that? TurboTax support said I needed to use Google Chrome so I put it on and tried to install TurboTax, both from a CD and online. It didn't help. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, have you found a solution?

If the above commands did not resolve the RICHED20.DLL error when installing Turbotax, you can try the following:

Run a virus scan on your computer to ensure that there are no malicious files causing the issue.

Download and install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package, which can be found on the Microsoft website.

Reinstall the Microsoft Office suite or any other programs that may have installed or used RICHED20.DLL, as this may fix any compatibility issues.

Try running the Turbotax installer as an administrator by right-clicking on the installer file and selecting "Run as administrator."
