Windows 10: Error message when trying to join "family 365 subscription

Hellver the last week, I have spent several hours either over the phone or over chat with Microsoft regarding a few issues with several case numbers opened. With case #10050097278 on 2/17/23 and today's case #1050228092 being the most helpful. Today, they referred me to this site. I have a copy of today's case transcription, I would like to share with you so you can be brought up-to what is happening, as it is quite lengthy. Is there a way I can attach it to an email to you?I sure hope you are able to help me. I would appreciate talking with a live person regarding all of this. .Thank

I want to leave one family group and join another.

I'm the only adult member of one family group with an Office 2013 subscription. I want to join another group with the rest of my family who have an Office 365 subscription. When I try to leave my current family group, I get
the message "Please try again later. We can't do this right now." How can I leave one group and join another?

How to re-send invitiation for an Adult to join my family?

I sent my wife an invitation to join my Family. She forgot about it and did not click the link before it expired. Now when she tries to click the link (after 14 days has elapsed) she gets the error message: "Try another page. This link isn’t working.". She
does not show up on the list of Adults on my Family page so I tried to add her again. When I try to add her again I get the error message: "They're already part of your family.".

How do I re-send the invitation?

Some previous answers to a similar question have suggested removing the person from the family and re-adding them. This is not possible as she does not show up on the Family page.
