Windows 10: Error Minecraft Windows 10 Edition - Crash Survival Mode

My Minecraft comes in a strange state, when I play on servers it gets normal, just like in solo worlds in creative mode, no problem, but when I play solo in survival mode it crashes out of nowhere, the game opens smoothly, it only gives this problem in worlds that I create and play alone in survival mode, lasts about 10 or 15 minutes with luck, usually not even that and it closes on its own and doesn’t open for a while, sometimes even causing a problem on my computer, not letting it shut down / open other programs , sometimes leaving the black screen forcing me to turn it off on the button, I don't know what else to do, I updated some drivers and nothing, even in the game settings I already went and reinstalled, but nothing works. I hope you can help me, I look forward to it.

The store crashes after step 2. It does this for anything I click on. Can anyone help?

Hello dear microsoft my friend is in trouble with minecraft java edition his computer is crashed and closed when he playing his own minecraft survival world than he opened back the computer but his survival world is gone in minecraft save files he
can clearly see the world save but save file is cannot be seen in minecraft maps so he cant open his world please help us.
