    Error: Missing required OS


    My PC was running fine, I was watching a Youtube when out of nowhere, my PC and restarts. I wait for it to boot back up, it starts and my AMD software gives me an error..."Ryzen Master requires Windows 10 or greater. Missing required OS!"I can barely access anything before my PC decides to shut down and restart again. Can someone help?

    bottleneck or OS error?

    It can't be the os. And yes i'm suggesting either bottleneck or drivers.

    BIOS is missing a required licence

    When I enter the productkey listed on the HP laptop sticker it is not accepted and I get the error message - BIOS is missing a required licence

    Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

    • Have you erased the Recovery drive that was allotted to your PC by the manufacturer during the time of purchase?
    • Have you created a recovery drive for your PC?
    The above error states that the Recovery drive that was created by the computer manufacturer is missing/removed. Thus, not enabling you to perform Factory Reset as the information required for your old OS to install is unavailable.

    I suggest that you create an ISO image of the old OS or Windows 10 and install the OS and check if you still get the same error.

    Your reply is very important to ensure a proper resolution. Please get back to us with the above information to assist you accordingly.
