Windows 10: Error msg: This PC can't run Windows 10? But it is running Win10.

I try to do Upgrade install after boot from USB, get the Compatibility report. So I start Win normally and run setup.exe on the USB. Then I get the mysterious "This PC can't run Windows 10." error.


However, the PC is running Win 10. So I can't install Win 10 with the Upgrade option.


I try the Custom install but get this bizarre error about MBR, EFI and GPT. So I can't install Win 10 with the Custom option.


Please look at my snips and see if you can help me install Win 10.

Win10 error msg 0xc1900107

Hello... I have completed the suggestions in the response below and still am unable to update security issues on my Win 10.

The original error msg I received was 0xc1900107 and was told to run the Windows Update Trouble shooter and follow the troubleshooting steps provided by Jezhel Uga. Both of which I did. After
doing so I still was not able to do the update and was getting error msg 0x80070652.

I was then told to run the troubleshooter (I did) and then to run the DISM tool (which I did) and finally to run the SFC tool. (which I did). I am still not able to update and now I am back to getting the first error
message I had..... 0xc1900107.

No suggestions so far have worked. This is beyond frustrating now.

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
