Windows 10: Error: no such device

Discus and support Error: no such device in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I swapped my power supply which before I had no such issues but now it says:error: no such device: 391eec5b- be34-4a...Entering rescue mode. . . grub...     Error: no such device


    I swapped my power supply which before I had no such issues but now it says:error: no such device: 391eec5b- be34-4a...Entering rescue mode. . . grub resuce> Any advice would be helped as all other research has mentioned installing an OS however I already have Windows downloaded and it was working perfectly prior to me changing the power supply
