Windows 10: Error occurred and will restart but Boot agent not found

After working for several hours, the screen froze and I get a message that an error occurred and need to reboot. After a while it comes back and replies that it just left Intel Boot Agent and no boot device found. Press any key to reboot. It now proceeds to do this several times without success. I finally shut the computer down and restart which it always restarts. Why does it restart but fails to correct the boot issue after the error? I have a Dell Latitude E5540 running windows 10 with a 64 bit operating system. I have checked the boot sequence and the hard drive is first and I have re

I tried the following suggestion. When I got to step 4, the list provided no checkmarks to uncheck and the icon for Desktop Agent Tray was a checkmark in a yellow circle. nothing happened when I clicked on the yellow circle with the checkmark. the title
on the list was Desktop Agent Tray(2) Clicking on the title opened a title beneath the Desktop Agent Tray (2) which did not have the (2)

the publisher of both titles was CenturyLink Inc and the status for the entry with the (2) was enabled and the status of the other entry was blank. Changing the status to disabled did nothing. the Start up impact was listed as high. There was another
entry under the two Desktop Agent Tray titles There was an icon then Dw20 with a high start up impact. No where was there a place to uncheck or delete. So far the box which lists the error disappears and there seems to be no problem. I just wonder why
it is there,

Desktop Tray Agent is a program used by Qwest to update their installer when setting up DSL (Digital Subscribers Line) based connections to computers. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check for the status:

• Press Windows key + R, type msconfig.
• Go to Startup tab.
• Click on Open Task Manager.
• Uncheck Desktop Agent Tray from the list.
• Click on Apply and OK.

when i rebuild bcd,run bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup,An error occurred

an ERROR IS The storage export operation has failed and the system cannot find the specified FILE

because when laptop startup,screen display Not connected or unable to access the required device
Error code 0Xc000000e

but，i run bcdedit /export d:\bcdbackup,The screen shows that the operation was successful

I run these commands step by step

1.bootrec /fixmbr

2.bootrec /fixboot

3.bootsect /nt60 sys

4.bootrec /fixboot

5.bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup

6.attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s

7.ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old

8.bootrec /rebuildbcd

An error occurred in the fifth step

i use diskpart and list volume

Disk C is only 260M, Disk H is the system disk, Disk D is a removable disk

so What command should I enter in the fifth step

 

Need some help here with a boot error in Windows Vista.

highlight OS listing.

Delete.

Apply. Restart.
