Windows 10: error on shut down

recently updated Win 7 32 bit to Win 10.


all updates downloaded and operates satisfactory however on reboot or shut down


following error message occurs:

'

the instruction at 0x55B89DAA referenced memory of 0x034D9AA4. The memory could not be read.


Click on OK to terminate the program.'


clicking OK the has a normal shut down. No problems in subsequent Boot Ups. but error message reappears at shut downs

Kasperskys shutting itself off

I awoke this morning to a error message saying that kasperskys has encounter a error and shuts off, then I restart and about 10 mins later does it again. any suggestions?

The issue might occur if the computer is not shut down properly. so, I suggest you to perform a power drain by follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.

win 10 will not shut down properly
