    Original Title:

    when attempting to open a help file in Windows-based programs while running Windows 10, the action of opening the help file immediately results in Error opening Help in Windows-based programs: "Feature
    not included" or "Help not supported" defaults to the completely useless page that offers a download for windows 8.1

    which does not contain anything to help with or fix the problem.

    Is there a fix for this yet in windows 10

    I use Corel Draw on my Windows 10 PC. Yesterday it worked fine, but today, every time I open the program or click a toolbar icon, a Microsoft Support window opens, with the message "Error opening Help in Windows-based programs:
    "Feature not included" or "Help not supported"
