Windows 10: Error OX80073712

Discus and support Error OX80073712 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have a problem, i have a hp laptop that wont let me update my windows, ive tried every solution that i can try, can someone give me help?...     Win 10 upgrade to Ver 1511 Error ox80073712

    I have upgraded my laptop from Win 7 to win 10. It was working OK. Now I can't install the Ver 1511 updates for x64 based system.

    (KB3140745).. Also I get the Error oX80073712

    Here is the screen shot of the errors:

    MS support tried to help me. But now suggests I need to get payed support for additional help.

    What happens if I don't upgrade

    Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to the Forums greenevening!

    A quick search brought me to this about your error code. Straight from the horses mouth (Microsoft). It seems your update files need resetting. Here's a link to MS which tells you step by step how to fix it.
