Windows 10: Error – Permission Denied 13

I'm tired of seeing this error message pop up on Ibis Paint on my computer."Error""An error occurred.""This app will be exited.""Detail: Can't open the file.""[FU:penFile] Couldn't open a file: C:Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\ibis inc\ibisPaint\.settings\eventLog.txt Detail: Permission denied 13"How do I get rid of it? There are barely any threads online and those don't help.
