Windows 10: ERROR PROCESSING REQUEST when trying to nav. a trusted prev. used website. Can't go past...

app.customcat.com/app/221563/main/dashboard ------ the site is for creating products.... Im trying to navigate around to different functions the site does..... The URL I pasted and others...thats one of them wouldn't load. Instead I recieved Error Message saying Error Processing Request. no matter where I click on the site, this is what happens. But I can log in.. I can see the first shall I say landing page...... home. Is there a blocker set on my end I didnt see one in settings / firewall.... Is there a setting I need to change? Also, I tried to log into the website on my phone... A

The ‘’HTTP 400’’ error is an HTTP [Hyper Text Transfer Protocol] status code that means that the request you sent to the website server (i.e. a request to load a web page) was somehow malformed therefore the server was unable to understand or process
the request.



I would recommend you to add the website you are having issue to the trusted site list on Internet explorer and check if it helps. Here are the steps below to add the websites to the trusted site list.

• 
  Press Windows key + R and type inetcpl.cpl and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Click on the Security Tab.
  
• 
  Select the Trusted Site option
  
• 
  Click on Sites. You can add the sites to the zone and all the websites in this zone will use the zone’s security settings.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and Ok.

N8 certificates not trusted/don't match the name

Well I worked out for myself how to verify the certificates are genuine:

• Using a desktop computer
• Go to the page with the certificates
• Select a certificate
• It will say either:
  • Certificate already exists - this confirms that the certificate on the website matches one already in your browser, which we already trust, therefore the certificate on the website is trustworthy
  • Asks if you want to install the certificate, DON'T.
    • First view the certificate details.
    • Copy the certificate serial number or SHA1/SHA256/MD5/etc hash
    • Paste this into a search engine
    • If another website that you trust lists the certificate, e.g. your phone manufacturer or another trusted website (preferably a secure website, therefore you have confidence the website is genuine), then you can trust the certificate
    • If no trustworthy sites are returned in the search then try another hash or serial number
    • If you can't find any trustworthy sites listing the certificate then I suggest you don't trust it.
• Finally, if you decide you trust a certificate then you can download and install on your phone.
