Windows 10: Error running screen saver .scr at logon

We have a screen saver .scr file that we created using ScreenSaver Wonder & it is setup to run after 60 seconds if no user has logged into the computer. We placed the .scr video file into the C:\windows\system32 folder & then this was setup done in the registry editor by adding the following: reg add "HKU\.Default\Control Panel\Desktop" /v ScreenSaveTimeOut /t REG_SZ /d 60 /f reg add "HKU\.Default\Control Panel\Desktop" /v ScreenSaveActive /t REG_SZ /d 1 /f reg add "HKU\.Default\Control Panel\Desktop" /v SCRNSAVE.EXE /t REG_SZ /d "tigers screen saver5.scr" /fWhen no user is logged i

No password prompt at login screen at screen saver...cannot get back without reboot

This issue may occur if the display logon screen option is disabled on the screen saver settings. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to enable the
display logon screen option:

• On Cortana search, type settings.
• Choose Settings from the list.
• Click on Personalization, then select on Lock screen at the left pane.
• Click on Screen saver settings, then put a tick on the
  On resume, display logon screen.
• Click on Apply, then click on OK.

screen saver won't showup after restart

Step 1: Start the computer in Safe mode.

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

Step 2:

I suggest you to follow the below steps to uncheck the On resume, display logon screen option in the
Screen saver settings:

• Type screen saver in the search bar from the Desktop.
• Select the Change screen saver.
• Uncheck the On resume, display logon screen option.

Aquarium screen saver?

anyone who has seen or owns wiondows media center addition has seen the amazing aquarium screensaver can i get this anywere like can anyone send me their .scr or are their compatability issues? If so could i fix them by running it in compatability with windows sp2? and if that method is totally out of the question does anyone know of any really good screen savers ? or amazing aquarium ones?
