I tried to upload software via DVD drive but saw an error SBD/SBDDesktop\sage. help.

Do you have the same issue with Windows 7 compatibility?

SBDDesktop.exe error and Sage Payroll

I appear to have a problem with Windows 10 and Sage 50 Payroll.. I have spent hours on the phone to Sage regarding the SBDdesktop error, which shuts my payroll down every time.. Sage state it is not their problem and it must be a Windows problem, so I either
need to find an I.T. technician who can fix this or live with it!..

It is extremely frustrating trying to do payroll when this message appears.. it doesn't occur in Safe Mode.. but I can't do Payroll in Safe Mode every time as I need access to the internet...

Has anyone got a solution to this problem, before I launch my PC out of the nearest window!..
