Windows 10: Error screen on startup

I restarted my laptop a few days ago and while I was waiting for it to load, I saw an error message that said "C:\Program files\Tablet\Wacom\Wacom_Tablet.exe." At the bottom it says "File system error (-107374189)". Everything else is black. When I press the ok button, the same message comes back. It does this right after the windows loading screen.

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I suggest you to perform the following method and check if that helps:

Method 1:

Perform Startup Repair. Follow the steps:

  Press and hold Shift key and click on
  Restart from login screen.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot.
  
• 
  Select Advanced Options.
  
• 
  Select Startup Repair and follow the on screen instructions.
