Windows 10: Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001...

I can recreate the error by Unplugging my Arctis 7 USB Dongle into any usb port. Have done full reinstalls. Tried new ram, new cpu, all new cables, multiple reg cleaners. I have tried just about everything but i believe this is still causing a Kernal error when gaming and causing blue screens. I have no idea how else to approach this.

Kernel Power Error on bare-bones system.

Hi, yesterday i hard reset my PC after getting frequent kernel power errors followed by Kernel-PnP errors for driver issues; After failing to fix this issue i decided to have a fresh start and now my PC still crashes but has a Kernel-EventTracing error with
an event ID 28 stating "Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001".

Currently all that is installed on my PC is steam, uplay, discord and a gigabyte gpu management software.

Hello, have a new PC build and been getting this error every 5 minutes. All of my USB devices disconnect, then reconnect.

Specs: Asus B550E gaming, Ryzen 9 3900x gskill trident z 16gb, lian li o-11 dynamic razer, msi gaming trio 3080, 9 thermaltake fans, Floe Riing RGB AIO.

Things I have tried:

1. Going one by one on each usb device disconnecting
   
2. Unplugging each fan one by one
   
3. Unplugging front USB controler
   
4. 3 diffrent version of windows 10 all clean installs, including the beta build
   
5. Different wall outlet
   
6. Uninstalling USB hub drivers
   
7. Installed all drivers from Asus mobo page
   

I have done tons of googling but can't figure anything else out to try, has anyone been able to fix this issue?

Hello Matspace, I am Andrew an independent advisor. I need to ask if during your updating for motherboard drivers if you also updated the BIOS for the motherboard as well. This could very well be your issue, so if you have not please go to ASUS and update
the bios for your specific board. After doing this make sure to set all default settings, typically an update will do this automatically but just in case it doesn't.
