    Hello,

    By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

    • Press Windows and type pictures
    • Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

    Hi Rose,

    This issue usually happens if there any changes made on the computer. For us to get a better grasp of your query, kindly provide us the following:

    • Did you update your computer to a new version of Windows 10 lately?
    • Were you receiving any error message when you try to scan a document?
    For the meantime, what I can suggest is for you to run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter. Kindly follow the steps given below:

    • Right click the Start menu and select Control Panel.
    • Change the View by: Category into Large icons.
    • Select and click Troubleshooting.
    • Click Hardware and Sound.
    • Click Hardware and Devices.
    • Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
    • After troubleshooting is completed, check the status of the troubleshooter shown on the window.
