Windows 10: Error signing into Data Encryption within MS Defender

In settings. It gives this error message Oops, something went wrongWhatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again. I have tried over and over again to sign in but it keeps giving me the same error. I have to have all the categories with green check marks next to them to start my remote job with Turbo Tax tomorrow. Someone please help me!

In addition to its onboard security, the Kanguru Defender V2 can also be remotely managed with Kanguru Remote Management Console (KRMC), allowing an organization to delete lost or stolen drives, manage passwords, and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

The Kanguru Defender V2 also addresses common industry standards and regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley and HIPAA. Many states are also introducing strong data breach laws which the Kanguru Defender V2 with KRMC would specifically address.

Capacities for the Kanguru Defender V2 start at 1GB and go up to 128GB. KRMC is available in a self hosted Enterprise Edition or a hosted Cloud Edition.

Help! File permission errors in encrypted folder

Hi Bill,

To assist you better, I would like to ask some questions:

• Are you the Administrator of the computer?
• Are you connected to a domain network?

I suggest you to decrypt the folder by following the steps below and check if it helps.

• Right-click the folder or file you want to decrypt, and then click Properties.
• 
  Click the General tab, and then click Advanced.
  
• 
  Clear the Encrypt contents to secure data check box, click
  OK, and then click OK again.
