Windows 10: Error Something unexpected happened… Code: 0x80073D05 when installing a game I own and had...

I have been running Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 successfully since its launch, but it wouldn't load about a week ago. It would get right to the end of the process then just close down.I tried to resolve it without success, so I thought it would be easier to uninstall and reinstall from Microsoft Store, where I’d purchased it. I went to the store, did an uninstall, rebooted the PC and then tried to reinstall. But, it downloads the program, attempts to install but then, partway through throws up an error – “Something unexpected happened… Code: 0x80073D05”I have tried lots o

Twitter for windows crashed on my windows PHONE and I am trying to reinstall it. I have windows 10 on the phone and each time I try, I get an error message - error code 0X80073D05. All the resolutions I have seen on here and elsewhere online seem to be referring
to functions on a PC windows store which does not help as the App is on my Phone. Any suggestions on a fix would be welcome.
