Imcompatibility issue with HTC One (M8) & KIA Cars

KIA developed for certain phones, Look at the KIA website for compatible phones for their system. That is the way they developed their system.

Car manufacturers do not have participation events during the development of their vehicle software with phone manufacturers.

If there is a change to be made KIA will have to do it.

Got an error while playing Youtube and other also in other webpages which prompted "Playback ID : Aedknsj13fajkl" ; as well as "MEDIA_ERR_DECODE"

• When did the issue started happening?
• Did you make any changes on your settings or device prior to the error?
• Do you also encounter error when playing videos from local storage using video apps?
• Does the issue occur on all user profile?
• What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

In the meantime, I suggest you troubleshoot Video Playback by following these steps:

• Go to Settings, then click Update & Security.
• Go to Troubleshoot tab, then look for Video Playback.
• Click Video Playback then Run the troubleshooter.
