Windows 10: Error status 0xc0000020 when I try to reset my Windows 10 Laptop

My laptop has been very buggy lately, so I decided to try to reset it. However, when I click on the "Get started" button, a text box pops up saying: C:\WINDOWS\system32\WDSCORE.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status0xc0000020.I tried cleaning my computer with the command DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, however it runs into the error 193. I'm stuck and I'm unsure of what to do next. When you are receiving error code 0xc0000020 with the message "C:\Users\twall\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\18.025.0204.0009\FileSyncClient.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error"
on your Windows 10 computer, it is possible that there are corrupted system files.
