Windows 10: Error Status 0xc000012f. Bad Image problem with USP10.dll

My PC crashed and upon restarting, I can no longer open certain programs or download new ones.I ran sfc /scannow in cmd and used the DISM. So I can share the CBS log file. But I have literally no idea what any of the stuff means or how to fix it. If I try to uninstall and re-install a program it just gives this same error. I tried swapping the USP10.dll file with a fresh one, but the system won't let me. Keeps saying it's being used and I need to close it, but I can't find anywhere to close it. I want to avoid having to do a clean re-install if possible, it would be the 5th time having to do s

Bad Image MSVCP120.dll and MSVCP140.dll with ERROR 0xc000012f with several .exe files - acrobat, HRBlock, icloudservices, etc. This is a Windows 7 machine that was updated to Windows 10.

 

Error status  0xc000012f

I receive four (4) dialog boxes appear when I attempt to open
Window’s Explorer. I actually receive two dialog
boxes twice

The two messages in the dialog boxes
are :

_ Bad Image

This started to occur a month ago

My graphic drivers are up to date

My adobe reader is also not working I am guessing from
the Reader _ sl.exe Bad Image message



Is there anything I can do to correct this problem
