    Sorry to reopen this old topic again, but no-one seems to have found an answer.

    Whenever I do a system image backup, all goes well to 97% then the back-up stops and I get these messages:

    Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Contacts. ErrorError STATUS_WAIT_2 0x80070002 :(STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

    Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Searches. ErrorError STATUS_WAIT_2 0x80070002 :(STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

    Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\User\Downloads\Crack-up, Fleet Foxes. ErrorError STATUS_WAIT_2 0x80070002 :(STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

    I can't find these folders on my system. Guess I downloaded the music to another system ages ago. I'm not bothered about not finding them, but if I ever needed to do a system back-up from my external drive without these folders would it work? Could I
    restart the system without them, please?
