Windows 10: Error: Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one.

Hello MSW 10 experts. After a system update, my windows account asked me to entre my PIN for my Microsoft account. When I entered it, it asked me to enter my PW again. When I did enter my PW, I got an error Try entering your Microsoft account again.We don't recognize this one. I have had this account for ages and just as recently as a couple of weeks ago, I was using the email. Now I cannot even log into my email. I have now been locked out of my Windows account, Hotmail and everything else associate with this username and I am not sure what to do

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

Microsoft Solitaire error 124

Tried all. no help. Command prompt wouldn`t recognize the command stated in suggestions. Tried with power shell no help. Always solid 124. I don`t know how many yrs. I`ve used solitaire col. with 0 probs. now all of a sudden won`t work. Mahjong and
sudoku ok. I don`t understand what changed.
