Windows 10: "Error. Unable to play the presentation. "

Good morning, I'm reaching out to this forum to share an issue we're experiencing with our recently installed infomonitor system at our company. We have installed 4 identical PCs running Windows 11, connected via HDMI cables to 4 identical TVs. The goal is to create infomonitor displays that show a slideshow presentation of images containing useful information for our employees. Unable to play YouTube or Netflix

Since upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10 Pro I am now unable to play YouTube or Netflix

I am using a Lenovo Yoga Book Windows version 10.0.18363

Netflix say:

• Perform Windows updates​

- this is what caused the issue and i am now on the latest version

• If you are using the Windows 10 N or Windows 10 KN edition, we suggest downloading the Windows Media Feature Pack.

- this is not applicable for my version

Unable to use In-place upgrade for Windows 10 repair

Thank you Paul Black for your response to my query. I did just what you suggested in your response - mounted the ISO and selected and clicked on Setup. The first few steps went smoothly (I chose not to include updates at this time and waited to be presented with the list of options to save programs and files, etc. That is when I was presented with only one option - Nothing would be saved. Strange but nevertheless true.

unable to locate the file, an application is causing this error to pop-up. If that is the case, we suggest that you boot your PC in Safe Mode and see if the error still pops up. You may follow the steps on this

If the problem does not exist in Safe Mode, we would know that an application is causing the error. However, if the problem is presented while in Safe Mode, the problem may be caused by Windows itself.
