Windows 10: Error uninstalling "Windows Driver Package - SAMSUNG dg_ssudbus

Hello, I have tried multiple troubleshooters from the forums, especially from Ramesh Srinivasan, which i would like to thank because the how-too advice using the command prompt was awesome solving two other driver incompatibility issues on two other Samsung driver "oem52.inf & oem59.inf" I am just unable to remove, delete, uninstall, using, "command Prompt, AutoRunswhich I did download, & device manager." I have tried and I am stuck if I could please get some advice or direction on what I could try next that would be amazing please and thank you.Until this Driver issue is solved my C

I don't have a samsung Modem, only thing Samsung I have is my cellphone. Only time I'm getting this pop-up is when I'm trying to uninstall the 2 packages listed as

Windows Driver Package - SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd. (dg_ssudbus) USB (12/02/2015 2.12.1.0)

Windows Driver Package - SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd. (ssudmdm) Modem (12/02/2015 2.12.1.0)

and uninstalling is unsuccessful as it says these files are not found to uninstall. Just wondering why they are still showing in my installed programs. I'm heading to the link you posted and gonna look through the startups as you suggested now though and see what's all running.

Going through the programs installed to uninstall ones not being used or the ones giving me problems to then reinstall to the latest versions but when I tried uninstalling this one, a Device Driver Installation Wizard window popped up:

Attempting to uninstall "Windows Driver Package - SAMSUNG (ssudmdm) Modem" also results with the same error.

Do you have a Samsung Modem? If so I'd leave it alone.

If not and you keep getting the popup then make sure it's not listed in one of the locations where Startups can hide in Step 4 of this checklist: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for.... Turning off Startup Freeloaders is also an important step to improve performance. There are other things to check in the Checklist too, which can find and fix problems, help optimize Windows 10.
