Problem in installing Windows 10 upgrade getting Error windowsupdate_80070490 or windowsupdate_dt000"(1) error and ERROR 0x80070013-0x2000C

I had upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10 but due to some issue rolled back to windows 8.1, but now when i am trying to upgrade to windows 10 the the windows installation is getting stuck at the final stage with black screen showing % completed in the
circle at 14%. then suddenly the installation process is abandoned and i get a message in BLUE screen

"WE COULDNT INSTALL WINDOWS 10, We've set the PC to earlier condition

ERROR 0x80070013-0x2000C

Installation failed in SAFE_OS phasewith an error during APPLY_IMAGE operation ". And system goes back to windows 8.1. and in windows update window i get a message

i have asus x205ta 32gb eeebook and each time this happens i have to loose upto 2gb of memory.
