Windows 10: Error updating Windows 10

My desktop is running a windows 10 ver 1503

2020-03 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 1507 for x64-based Systems KB4540721


Whenever I try to update it looks for updates and says that there are no updates available.


When I try to install some new fonts or files it says I need to upgrade my windows 10 to at least 1909


How can I update.

Windows 10 Creators Update ends support for Intel’s Clover Trail processors.
