Windows 10: ERROR w/ a blue screen

I am running Windows 10. And for some reason, 3 times in two days, my screen has turned all blue, and reads ERROR!!! We must restart your computer, and there is a QR code until today I didn't have a QR Scanner app and in small letters it tells me for details to go to... well all I caught of it was Microsoft/stopcode.

I can not figure out what or why this keeps happening. I have noticed that it happens when I am trying to log into my Microsoft account.

Now, on that same note, I keep getting notifications that there is something wrong with my work/school account. It reads that I probably need to reset my password. Well, I don't work at that company anymore, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to delete that account.

Please, anyone... I'm not completely in the dark when it comes to my pc, however, I am very IT dumb.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
