Error when installing app from the Windows Store

An end-user is getting an error message when installing our app from the Windows Store:
"This app is incompatible with your device."

Our app's system requirements are: Win10 16299 or higher, x64

The user is running: Win10 Enterprise x64, version 1909 aka 18363. So the user's system meets the requirements.

What other reasons are there that would generate this error?

    :)

  2. Windows Store to Pack "Mature" Games and Apps

They announce this right after they said weren't going to carry any of it... Ya think some investors told them to stfu and take money? *Laugh

I wonder how long it will be before you can't install noncertified apps? The app store is the 1st stepping stone. Although, you'd have to be an idiot to give 30% to these clowns.
