Windows 10: Error when installing software on Windows 10. I could need some help,please.

Whenever i want to install some programs on my computer, i receive the messages shown in the attached images.

My computer restarts just after the second shown message, and the installation is not completed.

I dont know what's App Deploy and prerequisites. If i go in C:/ Program FIles x86 , there is a folder named App deploy. I deleted it , but after i try to install the program , my computer restarts and then i can find again the folder in there. I tried even installing what's on the folder and it gives me an error with Intel haxm ....

I tried to search for an answer but all i can find is something about Android Studio and Intel haxm , but again i don't have nothing to do with these programs. Could be something wrong with the program ?

I tried unticking the box with automatically restart in Advanced settings, and disabled the windows real-time protection .

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.
