Windows 10: Error When Restarting PC

    Windows acting up

    OK so this is my problem. An error keeps popping up when i try to install windows. The error says The PC restarted unexpected or encountered an unexpected error Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click OK to restart PC, and then restart
    the installation. That's what it keeps saying so I press OK but then It restarts the PC but then the error pops out please help.

    Error When Restarting PC

    I don't use Nvidia cards but that is the source of the problem. Something to do with Nvidia experience, etc. There are several hits on Google about it. It may be something as simple as updating your video card.

    NvBackend.exe is a part of nVidia GeForce Experience - an optional (and unnecessary) component.


    Reinstall your nVidia video card driver (download the newest one, if yours is not). While installing it request a clean install and make sure to reject GeForce Experience install.
