    Hello. I recently got a new cpu and hard drive for my laptop, a toshiba satellite L635. It now has an i7 640M and 8GB RAM and a 250GB HDD. I formatted the drive to NTFS on my other windows computer, and wanted to do a fresh windows installation on the laptop. I downloaded the iso and created a live usb to do the installation like normal, and all the correct hardware shows in BIOS. However, when booting from the usb, it says "irql not less or equal", EVEN IN SAFE MODE, during the initial bootup to try and install windows. I do not know what to do at this point, it seems that it can't even boot
