  1. Error when trying to check for updates MS Store not working

    Tech here.

User with Windows 10 v2004 had problems updating the HP Smart App from MS Store. Did a remote session, when trying to update, MS Store gave error message,

Thought maybe Windows update will fix issue, maybe MS store has a pending update. When I checked for update, got error, Error encountered. We couldn't connect to update server.

    Checked:

    Time Zone/Region

    ran the WUpdate Reset Tool

    No change.

Any other things to try, besides resetting or reimaging it?

    Thanks in advance.

    :)
