Windows 10: error when trying to install intel wireless drivers for wifi

im having this error when trying to install intel drivers for wifi "one or more issues caused the setup to fail. please fix the issues and then retry setup" please assist to resolve the error. my pc seems to have no wireless drivers installed,either bluetooth or wlan drivers

Error when re-installing intel wifi network drivers.

When trying to reinstall the intel wi-fi drivers, it gives out an error. It says, "One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup." It happens when I uninstalled the wi-fi drivers from the device manager. I even checked remove software drivers, then prompt to uninstall it. I even uninstalled the bluetooth drivers too. I've done trying to install older network drivers and it won't install because the new wifi driver already installed on my system, even though there's no network drivers installed on my system. I did find the workaround by manually installing the wi-fi drivers through device manager to locate the wifi drivers in my desktop folder. It installed successfully.

Right now, I'm thinking it has to do with the registry links being broken or orphaned according to one user. There are few threads in Intel Communities forum that users also have this problem. And the answer remains to be unanswered as the question states whether it was safe to remove the registry links in Registry editor or not.

This error will affect future wi-fi driver releases when trying to install it in their systems and I want to get that fixed out of the way.

My question is should I try to remove the broken/orphaned registry links in the registry editor or is there another way to bypass the intel software installer error? Like manually install the wifi-driver through device manager, I'm afraid it may conflict, even though most of the older drivers were uninstalled.

My Windows version is Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2311)

I tried both options without success. Prior to the update on 12-12-15 I had wireless access. Now my wireless button will not turn on. The system doesn't recognize it as being off. Says it is a problem with the hw wifi button. I have tried rebooting.
Shutting off the system and rebooting, and what you suggested. All to my sadness. It works of course with wired system. It worked with wifi up to the minute the update was installed. After wifi sense was on my system I had no way to turn on wifi. What
now? I also tried updating drivers particularly the n1000 intel Centrino.
