Windows 10: Error when trying to print

when i select the printing preference on my epson surecolor s30600, i get an error message, you cannot print with this driver ? i have downloaded latest drivers, tried reinstall, but always get this message when i try to print ?

To help resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

Method 1:
Run the Printer troubleshooter.

Method 2: Print the document without being spooled.

• Go to Control Panel.
  
• Click Hardware and Sound.
  
• Select Devices and Printers.
  
• Right-click on your default printer, and then choose Properties.
  
• Click the Advanced tab and then select Print directly to the printer.

Method 3: Turn off Print spooler service.

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
  
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• Copy or type this command followed by hitting enter:
  
  net stop spooler

PDF Printing Problem With Edge

In order to assist you better could you please confirm a couple of things:

• How did you try to print?
• What happens when you try to print?
• Did you receive any error message?

Nevertheless, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if this helps:

• Open the PDF file which you want to print.
• Click on the Ellipses which is at the top right hand corner of the Edge Browser.
• Select Print option and then click ok.

Error: "Print Queue is full" on Windows 10

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community and being part of Windows 10.

I understand that you are unable to access the printer under desktop after upgrading to Windows 10 with error: Print queue is full, we will help you with this issue.

Try the below troubleshooting steps on desktop device and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to check the status of
Print Spooler service and check.

Print Spooler service, spools print service and handles interactions with the printer.
If you turn off this service you won’t be able to print or see your printer.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for Printer Spooler service, right click on it and
  Start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to install the driver.

Step 2: I suggest you to run Printer troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + X, click on Control Panel, select
  Category and then select Large or Small icons.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Printer and follow on-screen instructions.
