Windows 10: Error when trying to reinstall MS store

My ms store seems to not be installed on my windows, ive tried looking for it in apps and i cant open it up. Tried Windows Powershell command to reinstall but i am met with this error Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered. error 0x8007045B: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.firewall extension due to the following error: A system shutdown is in progress. . NOTE: For additional information, look for [ActivityId] 1bb69a08-9f18-0005-c70c-b81b189fd901 in the Event Log or use the command line Get-AppPackage

- and is UAC on or had you disabled it?

- do you mean there was an error, or that it completed successfully and didn't help?

Have you changed any permissions e.g. to the Windowsapps folder?

Similar here - which lists ideas that don't work...so can be skipped.
