Windows 10: Error when upgrading to Windows 10 2004 version

Hi all,


I am trying to upgrade to 2004 version, offline and remotely.


The upgrade process failed due to block by Trend Micro Officescan This info I got when I go through setupact.log


I tried to disable the AV - still failed


The upgrade successful after I uninstall the OfficeScan.


Really appreciate help if somebody know what exactly I need to whitelist so that the upgrade process is successful because dont think the "uninstalling" AV for the upgrade process will be a right approach.

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004

Step 3:

Run the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant & then click Update now.

Step 4: It will start downloading the update and also shows the percentage of download.

Windows 10 version 2004 upgrade fails with error 0xA0000400

Hi,

Did you try using the Media Creation Tool? Please note that even if your device is listed as compatible your device may not work as expected.

Try updating to version 2004 using the Media Creation tool and if it fails let us know.

The fastest way to get the upgrade is through the Media creation tool or ISO file.

Please download Media Creation Tool from the link below and select Upgrade this PC at the first screen.
