Windows 10: Error While Downloading Forza Horizon 4 Lego Champions Addon

I keep getting error code 0x8024001D when I try to download Forza Horizon 4 Lego Champions from the Windows store. Can you please help! I've cleared my store cache, Im on the latest updates, and have rebooted.
