Windows 10: Error while opening powershell/terminal ->[process exited with code 3221225477 0xc0000005]...

ASUS device: Win 11 home - 22H21 I am trying to open terminal in admin mode windows + X. When I try to open powershell it just loads and closes, probably due to same error. I get the following error for months. "[process exited with code 3221225477 0xc0000005] You can now close this terminal with Ctrl+D, or press Enter to restart."I use AVG antivirus, but there is no indication of any path being blocked. What can I do to fix the issue.2 Second issue, again for months. When I click quick actions area in task bar, wifi, volume indicators don't show up. It's just empty. Can anyone please su

Hello!

I've been experiencing crashes on two different games, both seem to be relating back to the same error. The crashes just happen suddenly and without any error warning. The two games are GTA V and Euro Truck Simulator 2.

The error codes for GTA V are

Exit code 0xc0000005 indicates a fatal game exit (reason: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION)

Game exited with code 0xc0000005 (3221225477)

The error code for ETS2 is

Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION

I've been struggling to find a consistent answer in my research so far. Maybe someone here can help me.

Received error message "[process exited with code 3221225477 (0xc0000005)]" while running LOGPARSER.

More of an annoyance as I was processing approximately 1600 files of Samsung shealth Blood Glucose readings in .csv files. The simple command line is listed below with the error after it successfully processed the files.

NOTE: The "SELECT CASE" was necessary as some of the input files did not contain the correct data in the start_time field so I replaced with another fields data. Close enough for my spreadsheet summary pivot chart.

My system is a Dell Precision 7920 with an Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5118, 128 GB RAM, and plenty of free disk space.l
