Windows 10: Error while updating please help.

while getting on Pc today I noticed that my Xbox game bar wasn't signing in and I couldn't update any games on there. then when restarting it wouldn't sign me in, not even on the game bar. I was not able to play any games. I troubleshooted a little and noticed I had a windows update with 3 items. one of the items will not download sticking on 0% for a minute or so and then giving the following error:There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
