Hi i have windows 7 professional. in the last six to seven months i keep getting a notice that i have updates. so i click on the notice and it brings me to the update in click install. as always it runs and then says update failed and give the error code
80246007.

having said that i am not that great with the inner working of computers. so i would need to have someone tell me how to fix the problem step, by step.

also how can i find out if my system can update to windows 10?
