Windows 10: Error with OneDrive folder name, When changing system language from CN to EN

I am trying to convert all my folders in OneDrive from Chinese to English, but failed.Apparently, the "display language" and "preferred language" of my Microsoft account is both in English only.Region and language settings on Win10 is also set to accordingly.

OneDrive screenshots folder name in another language

After learning that I am able to use "Win + Shift + S" to take a screenshot of a portion of the screen, I also found out about "Alt + PrScr", which I am able to take a screenshot of the active window. When I've used the "Alt + PrScr",
my settings for OneDrive have it automatically saved into a folder on OneDrive.

However, I've come to realize that the folder name that it saved it in is not in the correct language. As seen from the screenshot below, the last folder in the list.

The language that it is displayed in is in Chinese, however, my computer's main language is in English. I've set my region and language settings to "Singapore", so I presumed that the main language should be in English, however, I'm getting
an automatic folder creation that's in Chinese instead.

I really hope that there's a way for this to be changed so that my system is consistent in its language settings.

 

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

To assist you better I would like to know, what was the base language for your previous Operating system?



I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.
