    Error with sxstrace.exe tool and I am not sure how to fix it


    I was having difficulty with the speed of my laptop, it was going very slowly and I was trying to clear down apps and make more storage space. Now all of a sudden I can't open any PDFS and other programs and I am getting the error "The application has failed to start because its side to side configuration is incorrect see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details". I have tried everythign I can google and think of and nothing works. Can anyone help please?
