Windows 10: Error with trying to run linux on Microsoft Surface Pro X using Hyper-V on Windows 11

Hi,I am trying to download linux on my Microsoft Surface Pro X SQ2. I was following this guide: https://www.nakivo.com/blog/run-linux-hyper-v/b Some options were suggestions and not required in the guide and I wasn't able to change them anyway. When I try doing connect, and hit start, it says not enough memory in the system to start the virtual machine. Please let me know any suggestions I could try. I have already tried increasing and decreasing the memory.P.S I am not using WSL2 because I have tried and its running some applications very slowly and won't work for the applications I am

How Do You Start The Hyper-V Manager After Installing Hyper-V On Windows 11 Pro?

I have a Dell XPS 8930 running Windows 11 Pro. Virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. I installed Hyper-V using Programs and Features, rebooted, and the Hyper-V services have a Startup Type of Manual (Trigger Mode). However, when I search for "Hyper-V Manager," no application is found. I know the Hyper-V manager is managed through an MMC snap-in, but I don't see a relevant snap-in to add. Also, Hyper-V Manager is not listed under Windows Tools.

 

Unable to disable Hyper-V on Windows 11 - Surface Laptop 4

I am trying to run Memu (Android Emulator) but it says Hyper-V is detected, then it attempts to repair it and says it is disabled. After restarting Hyper-V is not disabled and the emulator shows the same error message. I have tried disabling it a lot, but it does not work. I am on a Surface Laptop 4 - AMD 8 GB Ram, Windows 11.
