Windows 10: error with windows store

windows store is not opening and when trying to reinstall the following error occurs-

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered.

error 0xDEF00106: Cannot register the Microsoft.WindowsStore_12004.1001.1.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe package because the

following error was encountered: <Error message string not found>. Verify that the package's 'resources.pri' file in

the package is valid.
