Windows 10: Error writing proxy settings 5 on start up

Dear all,I have recently upgraded my laptop to windows 11. After the update a weird error occurs everytime I start up my laptop. It comes from the netsh.exe program in my sys32 folder. When the error happens, I have to manually release and renew my ip to gain access to the internet. It is getting extremely annoying to do this every time. I haven't found a solution and this is my last hope.Here a screenshot of what i get on start up:I hope you guys know a fix to this issue.Best regards,Damian Elenbaas

Hi - Just so you know, I'm marking this "problem solved". I found this online How to Solve the Windows Could Not Automatically Detect Network Proxy Settings Error. Doing the last step under #2 is what solved the problem. McAvee is still scanning incoming. McAvee & Malwarebytes still show no problems with a full scan. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

To set up a proxy server in Windows 10, you may follow the following steps.

• Press the Windows key and I to open
  Settings.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Proxy you can either Automatically set up a proxy or
  Manual set up a proxy server.

To create a test user profile, follow these steps:

• Using Cortana search, type Settings and then hit the Enter key.
• In the Settings window, select Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Choose Add someone else to this PC.
• Click I don't have this person's sign-in information.
• Click Add a user without a Microsoft account.
• Name the user as TEST and then provide a password.
