    Sto provando a scaricare/aggiornare multiple app, ma continua a mostrarmi il codice di errore 0x800706D9Ho anche provato a scaricare il collegamento dal sito ufficiale di Whatsapp, in questo caso, ma il download fallisce, ho anche provato a:- disattivatare firewall e antivirus- modificare il DNS- avviare wsreset, stoppata e resettata la app dello store da APP > App installate > Componenti di Sistema > Microsoft Store > Opz Avanzate > [Ripristina, Reimposta, Interrompi]- fare logout e login dal app Microsoft Store- riavviare il pcHo provato tutte le opzioni che ho trovato in r

    I am unable to download/install apps from the Microsoft Store

    Clicking on the 'Get' button starts an attempt to download the app resulting in the button turning to 'Retry' stating "There has been an error. See details". Details, "Something unexpected happened. Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device [Done many times]. That may help. Code: 0x800706D9". I have tried the below searches and answers without success. Please be aware I am not IT savvy and things like searching/editing the registry are mostly beyond me.

    Hello, I may have found the solution to your 0x800706d9 error that occurs when you try to sign in to the Microsoft Store. I don't know exactly why it happens, but I'll give you the solution:

    We need to open Windows Services with WIN + R > services.msc. Once we're in that menu with a long list of system services, we need to find the one called "Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant". Once we find it, we need to select Properties > Manual (we need to change its status to Manual so that it prompts us to sign in to the Microsoft Store). This solved my problem after trying many things like Repairing or Restoring the Microsoft Store, etc.
