Windows 10: Errors are missing information

Recently, my Chrome application crashed while I was doing research for a school project. It showed a dialog box, but it was transparent and had buttons that looked like Windows 2000. It then changed to the normal UI and contained an unfinished sentence. Why is it doing this? I've posted a few screenshots of those errors that I've received.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

ERROR 53 message

Hello,

Run-time Error 53 indicates that there is a missing Windows component. A program you're trying to use will display that error message if the program is attempting to use a dynamic link library, or DLL, file that has been deleted or was never installed properly.

We would like to know some information:

• Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you try to run
System File Checker. It will scan for corrupted files and restore it.

If that didn't work, we suggest that you try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Error: 'msflxgrd.ocx missing' while installing program on Windows 10

The issue might be due to corrupt/missing installation files of the program. Please provide the below information to understand the issue in a better way.

1. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
2. How are you installing the program?
   
3. Which program you are trying to install?
   

Since you have already tried some steps to resolve the issue, but you were unable to fix it. Please let me know the steps which you have tried, so that I will not provide the same suggestions again.
